CONSULTATION AT PROPERTY WITH DETAILED STAGING REPORT:   $250.00


In this intensive two-hour consultation, we will perform a thorough walk through of the property with my staging checklist and discuss what needs to be done in the property.

  • We begin with a phone meeting to discuss the details of your listing as well as the buyers demographic in the area then schedule a time for the consultation appointment that will take place at the property.
  • Using a detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have a big, emotional impact on your buyers
  • The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)

OPTION #2-

REDESIGN STAGING: $450.00-$650.00 

(Price varies depending on sq ft)


Redesign Staging is where we transform your home using only your own furnishings and decor but utilizing our expert staging skills to rearrange furniture into perfect placements.  This can involve removing overlarge or too many furnishings and decluttering walls and surfaces to create larger, spacious rooms where Buyers can imagine themselves wanting to live!

  • We will make tremendous transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, redesigning your spaces using your furnishings, decor and accessories to maximize your home's potential!
  • Does not include our decor and accessories

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)

Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
